From Producer Perne Maynard.  You know the show as Sir Barry and Friends, but this episode the name has changed as host Sir Barry interviews news guests, that right his guests are from local news outlets, so take  a look and see what they have to say.   

Attention Vernon residents live Town Council meetings will now be starting at 7PM!  Town Council Meetings will be live on Channel 96 on March 2nd and 16th, starting at 7:00PM with repeats throughout the month.   CVC will help keep you up to date with the information, so you can keep an eye on what’s happening in your area.

As always we will bring you the latest meetings from Andover, Bolton, Hebron, Marlborough, Tolland, and Vernon, CT.

Well, here at CVC we can’t wait for spring to arrive.  In spite of all the wintry weather our producers have been as productive as ever.  We have new programming happening in our studios and our field producers are busy going to local events, for you our viewers to enjoy.  Here’s a sampling of what CVC will be airing in the month of March.

Winter Sports

For those missing the hockey from the resent Olympics, CVC Producer Kathy Lynch brings us Rockville High School hockey.  The Rockville team will play local rivals – Manchester United Hockey and Manchester High School Alumni Hockey. 

Kathy Lynch also brings us; Rockville High School Wrestling 2010.  We promise not to give away the results here, so tune in and find out how Rockville played.

Producer Tom Manning brings us the latest reunion of the Robinson-Manning families. Some families have been having reunions for a while and the Robinson- Manning families are no exception.  Enjoy the gathering of their 125th reunion, who knows, might inspire your family to start creating a show with all of your relatives.

Tolland High School – Fox 61 Student News Submissions

This month we will be airing a collection of short stories from Tolland High School students in Ms. O’Brien’s class.  The short news stories are items that the students have submitted to FOX news for their student news segments.  The topics range from events at Tolland High School to topics of interest in the community.  Check our program guide for times and dates they will air.
